We were looking for weekend accommodation just outside Paris as a base for excursions to Fontainebleau and the surrounding area. The hosts were always welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Seine-Port is also worth a visit. Due to traffic, we arrived later than agreed, but this was not a problem. The hosts greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail despite the late hour. The manor house has a wonderful charm (and history) inside and outside, as does the large park-like property with many opportunities to sit and relax (children have plenty of space to play and explore). The direct access to the Seine is something special (with seating), even if we didn't have the opportunity to swim (only recommended for very experienced swimmers). But it's enough to dip your feet in. The guest rooms are located directly under the roof and are connected to a large common room with a shared kitchen. We only used this to prepare our picnic meals, but it is more than fully equipped. Breakfast was sweet (as it`s common in France) and plentiful, with baguettes, croissants, homemade jam, juice and coffee or tea as desired. The hosts live on site themselves and take good care of their guests. We would love to come back again.

The hosts Erich and Ann were lovely. Erich helps you unload your luggage and directs you where to park. The accommodation is amazing, a beautiful house built in 1890, in a beautiful property, with a path down to the Seine River. Breakfast is amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and we would love to come and stay again. Erich gives you information about places to visit and advice about where you should go and what to see, which was great. Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a gem ! A beautiful residence in a gorgeous setting. Imagine having the Seine bordering your home. Erik and Anne are charming and could not have been more helpful . A superb breakfast and all tastes catered for . There is a beautiful lounge area with a fully fitted open plan kitchen which is a bonus. We will recommend Les Ruisseaux to friends and family and we will visit again.

A 10 point scale is simply not enough. Magnificent XiX century villa with a rapid river crossing its hugue and walled garden and joining Siene on their private beach where you can bath and swim. The owners are so stylish and are truly magnificient hosts. Their attention to detail and care is surpassing any standrads of 5-star butique hotels. It is a hotel-aristocracy bar none.

The hotel was just like a small chateau, with very beautiful and large garden. It was also facing the river seine, and can actually access to it (5 min walk to the river in the back yard). The room was spacious, cozy, very clean. Wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast was tasty. But the most important point was that we had an excellent owner who hosted us as a guest.
